Credit Card, PayPal or Interac eTransfer Payments

Newfoundland Power does not accept credit card payments. However, you can pay your Newfoundland Power electricity bill with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or Interac eTransfer through PaySimply.ca. PaySimply is a third-party, online payment service and not an official agent or partner of Newfoundland Power. PaySimply.ca collects payments and redirects them for customers for a fee. The fee amount varies and depends on your method of payment. Visit http://paysrc.ca/newfoundland to learn more and make a payment.

To complete a transaction, you will need your payment amount and 10-digit Newfoundland Power account number. Please note there is a fee applied for the use of this service on PaySimply.ca. Payments take approximately 3 business days to process.

Payment Arrangements

Newfoundland Power will work with customers to ensure continued service and offers payment arrangements if customers have fallen behind in their payments. Customers unable to pay their full balance on time and needing to make payment arrangements can do so online by logging in to their profile. If you’d like to report a payment to us, this service is offered online as well.
