How do I view my account information online?
To view your account information or access our online services you must
with a Login ID and Password. To create a Login ID and Password, on New User
How do I create a Login ID and Password?
To create your Login ID and Password (Login Profile), click on New User
You will need your email address as well as your account number and meter number from your electricity bill. If you need help finding your
account number or meter number, please click here
to view a sample electricity bill. Once you submit your information, we
will send you a confirmation email requesting that you click on the link provided to complete the setup.
Why do I have to use an email address as my Login ID?
Email addresses are easy to remember and are unique to a customer, allowing
you to take advantage of new security features.
I forgot my password
If you forget your password, click on Forgot
. If your login profile has an email address you will be requested to enter
your Login ID and you will be sent an email with a link to a page where you can change your password
online. If your profile does not have an email
address, or has an invalid email address, one of our Customer Account Representatives will be happy to assist you.

I forgot my Login ID and Password
Both Login IDs and Passwords are case sensitive.
If you forget your Login ID and Password, click on

I’m locked out of my account
To protect the security of your online profile information, access to the online
system will be temporarily suspended if you exceed the maximum number of Login
attempts. If this occurs, please verify your Login information and try again in
a few hours.
How can I change my Login information?
To update or change your Login information including your Login ID and Password, hint question and answer, or email address, you must first Login. Then select either
the My Profile
button at the top of your Account page or
the Change Profile Information
link on the Account Listing page.
