Former Customer Registration

To be eligible for the Rate Stabilization Plan (RSP) refund you must have used, and paid for, electricity during part or all of the refund period (January 1, 2007, to August 31, 2013). This refund applies to residential, commercial, and street & area lighting electricity accounts.

NOTE: Customers with multiple accounts are only required to register once. Please choose one account and register using information from that account. We can locate any other accounts that were in your name during the refund period using the information you provide below.
