Customers with specific energy usage patterns can save under our Residential Seasonal Rate. For example, customers who travel south during the winter months would have low energy usage in the winter. Under this rate, customers pay a higher rate for electricity during the winter months (December to April), and a lower rate for electricity during the non-winter months (May to November), compared to the standard Residential Rate.
