Being first on the scene after an accident first responders; such as firefighters, police and medical personnel, can be exposed to electrical hazards. We want these brave men and women remain safe when responding to an emergency. That's why we are proud to deliver a First Responder Electrical Safety Seminar that provides education about the potential electrical dangers they could encounter while on-the-job. If you are a member of a career or volunteer fire department, police department or medical facility in our service territory, please contact us to schedule your safety seminar today.
The seminar runs between 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Your choice of location that is large enough to accommodate 30-35 people.
If your fire department, police detachment or medical facility is located in an area serviced by Newfoundland Power, we will visit you there (usually on your regular meeting night).
